My Review of Undercover Chefs

My mom’s cousin’s wife, Erin Fry, wrote a book called Undercover Chefs. Today I am going to give my honest review on it. It also has a recipe book that I will review in a future post.

Undercover Chefs is about 3 completely opposite kids; Isaac, a runner pressured by his mom to work extra hard, Jane, a shy artist worried about her grandpa’s health, and J.C., a rebellious scooter driver struggling with school, his family life, and his passions to fit in schedule, all are connected by a secret passion for baking and cooking. They together create a secret cooking club and compete in a secret cupcake contest to save their school’s cooking classroom. I connect with the characters for different reasons and enjoy how each chapter is a different character’s life and perspective while still being in third person. They have links to the recipes mentioned in the story, but the recipe book has some recipes not mentioned with stories for each recipe. I haven’t tried any of them out yet but I will review them in the next post as soon as possible. Overall I really enjoyed this book and recommend it for both kids and adults, but especially tweens or teens.

This book is on Amazon so I recommend you get it!

(No, I was not sponsored or asked for this post. I honestly really enjoyed it and wanted to recommend it)
