Hi, everyone! I felt inspired to create this post because our team’s pool opened up again and some snacks are needed for all the swimmers!
Before your Workout
- Overnight oats- these ones have great fiber and have lots of variations of flavors!
- Bananas- small, portable, and sweet! These fruits are full of potassium and carbs, which are important so you can get the best out of your workout!
- Granola Bars- my favorite are Nature Valley crunchy kinds, especially the peanut butter one! It’s full of protein and fiber!
- Dried Fruits- some tasty fruits are strawberries, bananas, or pineapple! They are portable and have good carbohydrates!
- Greek Yogurt with Fruit- this has carbohydrates and protein! It’s healthy and tasty and you can customize it with whatever you want! Add some protein powder to amp up the protein even more!
